Lead Data Scientist

Reperio have partnered with a leading healthcare company seeking a Lead Data Scientist for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models to support clinical decision-making, risk stratification, resource planning, and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and IT teams to translate healthcare needs into data solutions.
• Develop reproducible, interpretable, and ethical models in line with responsible AI principles.
• Present insights and model outcomes to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI.
